Delete your account and data
Active Life Dietary Health Services Ltd — for users of our website and mobile app.
This page explains how to ask us to close your customer account and remove the personal data associated with it. Use the same email address you used to register when you contact us, so we can verify your identity.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to activelifeonline@gmail.com from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject line Account deletion request - Active Life (or clearly state in the message that you want your account and associated personal data deleted).
- Optionally include your registered name and phone number to help us match your account.
- We will confirm receipt and process your request when we have verified you as the account holder. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

What we delete or stop using
After we verify your request, we will delete or otherwise disassociate from your account, where applicable:
- Your profile and login data (name, email, phone, delivery address, and password).
- Other personal data we hold primarily for operating your account (for example saved preferences where stored).
What we may keep and for how long
Some information may need to stay on record for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. In those cases we keep only what is necessary, for no longer than required by applicable law or legitimate business need. For example, we may retain order and payment records in a form needed for compliance, which may include minimal personal details tied to those transactions for the retention period required in Ghana or other applicable rules.
Where retention is not required, we delete or anonymize that data as part of fulfilling your request.
Delete some data without closing your account
If you want certain personal data updated or removed but wish to keep shopping with us, email activelifeonline@gmail.com and describe what you would like changed. We will respond in line with applicable privacy laws.
